  1. Own major initiatives on the Custom Metrics roadmap, with a focus on AI-driven governance, agentic workflows, and cross-product expansion into Infrastructure, Logs, and APM.
  2. Conduct regular customer conversations, analyze usage data and support feedback, and synthesize insights to inform product direction.
  3. Drive end-to-end execution for features and improvements — from concept and validation through launch and iteration.
  4. Define and track success metrics tied to adoption, usage, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  5. Partner closely with Engineering and Design to scope solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver iterative value.

Skills

Required

  • 3 to 5 years of product management experience
  • Proven ownership of a product area or major feature set
  • Strong product discovery skills
  • Comfortable operating independently within a defined scope
