Product Manager III - B2b AI Solutions

Expedia Expedia · Hospitality · London, United Kingdom

Product Manager III for B2B AI Solutions at Expedia Group, focusing on generative and agentic AI modules for travel planning, booking, and servicing. The role involves defining product strategy, leading discovery, driving execution with cross-functional teams, and ensuring AI features are safe and reliable. Requires strong product management experience, technical fluency, and experience with B2B or platform products. Experience with AI-enabled products like LLM tools or AI agents is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for a set of partner-facing products that power AI-driven planning, shopping, and servicing experiences on top of Expedia Group’s B2B platforms.
  2. Run structured discovery with internal teams and external partners to surface use cases, prioritize problems, and translate them into clear product opportunities and requirements.
  3. Lead partner co-development and prototyping engagements, turning early concepts into scoped pilots and reusable product capabilities.
  4. Drive end-to-end execution with engineering, data science, design, and program management; from design through delivery, launch, and iteration; and ensure clear specs and launch documentation are in place.
  5. Own high-quality product requirements and user stories, and partner with engineering in an Agile development process to break work down, manage dependencies, and prioritize the roadmap using data-informed criteria.
