What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute the Partner Payments product strategy and roadmap, delivering predictable, timely, low‑friction partner payouts across markets.
  2. Design and optimize Partner Payments onboarding and opt‑in experiences so partners across the total addressable market can easily adopt payout products and see clear value.
  3. Partner with Finance, Payments Operations, and platform teams to streamline cash operations, automate netting , and simplify payout flows
  4. Translate strategy into clear product opportunities and requirements, grounding payout decisions in competitive insights, customer pain points, and friction in the partner payout journey.
  5. Drive alignment and execution with engineering and design, ensuring partner payments goals are well understood, visually represented where needed, and supported by high‑quality product documentation and user stories.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of delivering innovative, user-centric products.
  • 3+ years of experience in payments, fintech, financial operations, or marketplaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a complex problem space end‑to‑end, from strategy through execution in a backend or platform domain.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data and experimentation to inform priorities and measure impact.
  • Technical fluency and experience collaborating closely with engineering on APIs, data flows, and system constraints.
  • Experience working with B2B or partner‑facing products and influencing cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
