What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and onboard new content that will improve Rufus's knowledge base and expertise
  2. Expand and improve upon web search capabilities to enhance Rufus's understanding and response quality in international contexts
  3. Coordinate with regional stakeholders to understand local market dynamics and customer needs
  4. Ensure content is locally relevant, culturally appropriate, and policy compliant across diverse markets
  5. Design and launch new content-led customer experiences tailored to international market needs

Skills

Required

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience collaborating and influencing multiple teams across multiple organizations
  • Experience coordinating between technical teams, peers and business stakeholders
  • Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience building and effectively executing a strategy from the ground up, including designing roadmaps to drive incremental progress towards long-term vision and goals
  • Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven track record in product management with international scope

  • Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
  • Knowledge of and passion for e-commerce
