Product Manager responsible for internationalization and localization strategy, driving the launch and scaling of Klaviyo's platform into new geographic markets and languages. This role involves working with finance on billing solutions, defining localization frameworks, and partnering with engineering, design, and analytics to deliver features tailored for international markets. The role emphasizes technical proficiency, customer insights, data-informed decisions, and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for launching and scaling Klaviyo's platform into new geographic markets and languages.
  2. Work across the finance and billing teams to deliver international billing solutions from multiple currencies to new methods of payment.
  3. Define and implement localization-as-a-service frameworks to empower product teams across Klaviyo to easily ship features tailored for new international markets.
  4. Drive the international growth strategy for a large and complex product area, defining success by key expansion metrics, and prioritizing the most significant opportunities in line with company goals.
  5. Partner with engineering, design, and analytics to set vision, build a roadmap, and deliver against goals while clearing blockers and strengthening team health.
