Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Understand marketer problems and craft our strategy to support them.
- Explore new AI technologies to craft innovation solutions.
- Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams to create delightful user experiences.
- Define Northstar metrics to influence adoption and land impact.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
- Experience with marketing technology or AdTech.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- Experience with digital marketing campaign processes and paid/owned/earned media.
- Experience integrating solutions such as procurement, reporting and analytics.
- Experience with both internal engineering teams and external development partners.
