Product Manager for Model Analytics & Forecasting within Capital One's Finance Product & Data Solutions team. This role focuses on defining strategy, prioritizing outcomes, and ensuring the delivery of scalable platforms and data capabilities for Capital Markets associates. The Product Manager will own products enabling analytical rigor, scalability, and trust in models, influencing how the firm evaluates risk, allocates capital, and navigates market conditions. The role requires understanding user pain points, translating business requirements, driving alignment across stakeholders, and establishing success metrics. It is ideal for someone who thrives on ambiguity, solves structural problems, and balances near-term delivery with long-term platform evolution, operating as a trusted partner to Finance and Risk leaders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Embed with partners and stakeholders across quant model development, balance sheet risk management, and Treasury trading desks to understand user & end customer pain points and desired outcomes from modeling tools
  2. Partner closely with users & end customers, including Quant and Treasury teams, to translate business requirements that enable model development, testing, and deployment
  3. Partner closely with counterparts across Technology, Data, and Business stakeholder teams, while working closely with peer teams in Research, Design, Architecture, and other groups, to develop & iterate on proposed solutions for high priority needs
  4. Drive alignment across stakeholders by prioritizing competing initiatives, sequencing development of capabilities and features, and ensuring end-to-end delivery
  5. Establish success metrics and feedback loops to assess customer usability, adoption, and solutions impact, continuously iterating based on user and stakeholder feedback
