Product Manager for MuleSoft, focusing on integration, API management, and B2B EDI. The role involves owning the product roadmap, understanding customer needs, and driving the product lifecycle. While the company and platform are incorporating AI and agentic capabilities, the core product management function is not directly building AI models or systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the innovation roadmap for core application integration, API Management, and B2B/EDI — balancing near-term customer needs with long-term platform bets including AI-assisted integration, agentic patterns, and emerging protocols — and partner with Engineering, Design, and Architecture to ship high-quality releases on a predictable cadence.
  2. Run structured discovery with enterprise customers and prospects to understand their integration landscape and pain points, act as a trusted advisor on existing platform capabilities, and build a standing customer council to convert insight into roadmap conviction.
  3. Partner with Solution Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Support to improve deal conversion, drive successful implementations, and own end-to-end enablement strategy across Sales, partners, and the field.
  4. Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery through general availability (GA) and adoption, defining and instrumenting key performance indicators (KPIs) for every major initiative and communicating trade-offs clearly to leadership and the field.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of product management experience for developer, enterprise, or platform products
  • Solid experience across integration patterns including application integration, event-driven architecture, data transformation, and full lifecycle API Management
  • Hands-on experience with B2B integration standards including EDI X12 and/or EDIFACT, AS2/SFTP transport, and trading partner onboarding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • data-driven approach to defining KPIs and product priorities

Nice to have

  • Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or comparable Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) and API management platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-era integration including large language model (LLM)-assisted integration, agentic workflows
  • Experience with hyperscaler integration services
  • Exposure to regulated-industry B2B integration use cases in healthcare, supply chain management, or financial transactions
