Product Manager for Chime's Earned Wage Access (EWA) product, MyPay. This role involves owning the end-to-end product strategy, pricing, growth, and profitability for a highly visible, revenue-driving, and regulated product. Requires strong cross-functional leadership, data fluency, and experience in regulated financial environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for MyPay, Chime’s EWA product, grounded in deep understanding of member needs, behaviors, and financial realities
  2. Frame ambiguous, high-stakes problems and translate them into clear product bets, hypotheses, and roadmaps
  3. Balance short-term iteration with long-term vision, ensuring the product compounds member trust over time
  4. Act as the unofficial GM of the business, owning pricing, growth, profitability, and long-term roadmap
  5. Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Data, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering on a highly-regulated product surface

Skills

Required

  • 6–10+ years of Product Management experience on consumer-facing, revenue-generating products
  • Prior ownership of pricing, monetization, or P&L-adjacent responsibilities
  • Experience operating in regulated environments (FinTech, payments, lending, banking, or adjacent)
  • A track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong data fluency, including experimentation, metrics definition, and financial modeling
  • Experience owning full-stack product surfaces (backend systems + user-facing experiences)
  • Comfort operating under pressure with high external and internal visibility
