Job Description
We're looking for a Product Manager to own the entire product lifecycle, from initial strategy to development handoff, who is passionate about business growth and experienced in AI-driven environments.
**What You'll Do? **
- Being a part of the Product Managers and Product Designers Creators team.
- Own the full product lifecycle - from market and user research, data analysis and KPI definition, through the final shipped product - all executed efficiently using AI tools.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive a KPI-led approach to product and business success.
- Apply strong UX/UI instincts to define workflows and translate user needs into clear product experiences.
- Partner closely with Engineering and product designers to bring ideas to life.
- Stay close to users - through Customer Care, direct conversations, and product data - to continuously sharpen and improve the product.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in product management.
- Strong product and business growth thinking, with a sharp instinct for what moves the needle.
- Proven experience working in AI-native environments - leveraging AI tools and systems as an integral part of day-to-day product workflows, including research, analysis, product definition and final interface.
- Highly developed instincts for user experience.
- Strong technical understanding, with the ability to work closely with engineering on architecture and APIs.
- Strategic thinker with a quick grasp of large and complex systems and how they fit together.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- High ownership and strong execution - curious and motivated.
