  1. Own your product area end-to-end - from problem identification through launch, growth, and iteration. Translate Lyft's strategic priorities into an ambitious roadmap for your area and be accountable for outcomes
  2. Deliver on this vision by setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with Lyft's mission - designing and running experiments to drive maximum impact.
  3. Drive a rapid experimentation and learning culture by continuously shipping and iterating on products, while staying deeply customer obsessed
  4. Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers, designers, and data scientists - setting context, maintaining momentum, and unblocking the team
  5. Deeply understand your customers across different rider segments and use cases, leveraging data analysis, market research, and user research to inform decisions
