Product Manager role focused on developing and delivering national reputation campaigns across UK, Germany, and France. This role involves translating insights and business events into tactical campaigns, integrating policy narratives, managing vendors, and deploying AI capabilities for localized and effective assets. The role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and staying updated on AI and marketing technology.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and deliver national reputation campaigns in UK, DE, and FR — turning insight, data signals, and real-world business events into tactical campaign plans with specific goals and measurable outcomes.
  2. Engage Policy teams across all three locales to integrate policy narratives into campaign strategy, knitting together our most mature campaigns into coherent cross-functional programmes.
  3. Manage end-to-end campaign delivery through vendor partners spanning data, production, and media — setting briefs, managing timelines, and ensuring quality output at pace.
  4. Deploy advanced AI capabilities and techniques (generative AI, audience modelling, dynamic creative optimisation) to produce highly effective, localised campaign assets that resonate across multiple layers of key audiences.
  5. Operate as an expert stakeholder manager — navigating complex matrices of internal and external partners, building trust, and driving alignment across competing priorities and timelines.
