What you'd actually do

  1. Own the product vision and roadmap for display ad serving across Roundel’s O&O ecosystem
  2. Drive end-to-end ad delivery capabilities, including request handling, decisioning signals, logging, and event pipelines
  3. Partner closely with engineering and data teams to design scalable, low-latency, high-reliability systems
  4. Build robust eventing and logging frameworks that power billing, reporting, and measurement use cases
  5. Improve platform observability through monitoring, alerting, anomaly detection, and debugging tools

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of Product management experience with exposure to AdTech or data platforms
  • Strong understanding of ad serving systems, event pipelines, or distributed systems
  • Experience building platform or infrastructure products (not just UI-driven features)
  • Comfort working with concepts like latency, scale, reliability, logging, and data consistency
  • Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and drive execution with engineering teams
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience with retail media networks or programmatic advertising
  • Familiarity with measurement systems (impressions, clicks, attribution, billing)
