Product Manager Senior Specialist

Salesforce Salesforce · Enterprise · Dallas, Indiana - Indianapolis, TX

Product Manager Senior Specialist role focused on M&A integration, data movement, and driving new ways of working within Salesforce's AI CRM. The role involves end-to-end GTM program ownership, roadmap development, and cross-functional collaboration to integrate acquired companies and modernize systems. Experience with AI LLM models is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner directly with customers and stakeholders — including at the executive level — to understand M&A strategic goals and shape execution plans for complex acquisition migrations
  2. Lead program reviews that surface risks and escalations early, and clear obstacles so project teams can keep moving
  3. Identify gaps between core Salesforce policies/processes and an acquired company's existing systems, and design simpler, integrated paths forward
  4. Own business requirements documentation for your value stream's functional track(s), including sign-off from key stakeholders
  5. Map end-to-end future-state process flows, calling out where enablement, business process, or technology changes are needed
