Product Manager for T-Mobile's Accessories business, responsible for supplier strategy, contract negotiation, RFP processes, and funding optimization. This role involves managing day-to-day supplier agreements and operational programs, acting as a bridge between internal teams and external partners to ensure successful product launches and operational discipline.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead negotiation and execution of supplier agreements including MSAs, Addendums, Product Supplements, and promotional funding agreements. Partner closely with Legal and Finance to ensure contract compliance, favorable commercial terms, and timely execution.
  2. Lead the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process for category-level suppliers, including timeline management, supplier communication, documentation, and evaluation coordination. Partner closely with Sr. Category Managers to ensure RFP outcomes align with product strategy and business needs.
  3. Negotiate and Manage Supplier Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and related funding programs. Ensure funding agreements are clearly documented, proof-of-performance requirements are met, and funds are accurately invoiced and collected.
  4. Lead supplier Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), performance reporting, and executive briefings. Provide insights on product performance, promotional effectiveness, and opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.
  5. Partner with Category Management, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Commercialization teams to ensure suppliers are aligned with product launches, promotional calendars, and operational requirements.

Skills

Required

  • 4–7 years of experience in supplier management, sourcing, product management, procurement, or program management within retail, telecommunications, or consumer electronics.
  • Experience negotiating and managing supplier contracts, RFP processes, or vendor operational programs.
  • Familiarity with supplier funding structures such as MDF and proof-of-performance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across legal, finance, product, supply chain and marketing teams.
  • Proficiency with Excel, project tracking tools, AI tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
