Product Manager/strategy 3-proddev

Oracle Oracle · Enterprise · India

Product Manager to drive the creation of Semantic Agent Builder, an AI platform for Oracle's health applications. This role will focus on building a developer experience for engineers to create, validate, and publish AI agents using an AI-powered IDE and a semantic data platform. The role involves owning the strategy and delivery of an agentic development experience, collaborating with data science, engineering, and UX teams, and working within a regulated healthcare environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and drive the product outcomes including fast scaffold-to-run agent development process, streamlined agent connection to data and publication/approval workflows, and enhanced agent lifecycle management.
  2. Own the high-code authoring experience in the IDE, including developer onboarding paths, templates, and the end-to-end “first run” journey against realistic semantic data snapshots.
  3. Shape the publish and review lifecycle in partnership with Architecture and CE, including agent registry metadata and validation in the AI UI shell.
  4. Partner with engineering to prioritize and deliver the core SAB capabilities (e.g., IDE plugin integrations, exposure of approved tool packs and emulators, environment bootstrapper, publish/deploy to execution targets and the single agent registry), while protecting Oracle IP in external-facing artifacts.
  5. Translate user problems into clear, solution-agnostic specifications: acceptance criteria, success metrics, and phase scope; maintain a living roadmap that reflects learning and platform guardrails.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of direct product management experience delivering platform or developer‑facing products with measurable customer or internal adoption success.
  • Demonstrated success shipping IDE‑centric experiences (plugins/extensions, SDKs, or developer tools) or adjacent developer workflows (templates, emulators, registry/publish systems).
  • Experience writing PRDs that lead to successful product launch.
  • Strong problem framing and specification skills: write solution‑agnostic PRDs and acceptance criteria aligned to user outcomes; partner effectively with engineering to land increments across phases releases.
  • Evidence of rigorous product thinking: can balance speed with governance; comfortable working in highly regulated or security‑sensitive environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tell a compelling story, align stakeholders, and produce clear artifacts (roadmaps, status summaries, decision logs).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have

  • Experience with healthcare-related records systems, data platforms and interoperability (e.g., FHIR, clinical/operational data models) is highly recommended.
  • Familiarity with observability and quality gates for early‑phase products (e.g., canaries, smoke tests, performance baselines in test shells).
  • Prior work on agentic or AI‑assisted developer workflows (e.g., IDE experiences, “vibe coding,” code‑aware validation, test emulators) or on publish/review lifecycles for distributed systems.
  • Experience creating assets such as quickstarts, samples, FAQs and ability to run feedback loops (e.g., hackathons, design partner programs).
