Canva Canva · Enterprise · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Product Management

Product Manager for Canva's Subscriptions Lifecycle team, focusing on optimizing the subscription experience, reducing churn, and building scalable self-serve infrastructure for a global user base. The role involves roadmap planning, cross-functional collaboration, and driving revenue growth through retention and new product offerings.

  1. Own the full subscription lifecycle - one of the most commercially critical areas at Canva.
  2. Build and maintain a prioritised lifecycle roadmap that balances near-term retention wins with longer-term platform investment, while expanding what Canva can offer existing subscribers through new product offerings and cross-surface lifecycle experiences.
  3. Establish the self-serve capabilities that let teams across Canva run lifecycle campaigns independently making the Subscriptions platform a scalable foundation for Canva's revenue growth.
  4. Zoom into the detail of churn funnels and zoom out to shape a retention strategy.
  5. Own a complex domain, confident influencing across teams you don't directly manage, and motivated by building things that work at scale.
