What you'd actually do

  1. Map comprehensive customer experiences across all touchpoints: homepage content discovery, landing page engagement, detail page conversion, and the transition from external channels (Instagram, Meta, Google Search, display advertising, AI-powered discovery platforms) to seamless Amazon shopping experiences.
  2. Run rapid A/B tests to validate which content strategies, page layouts, and targeting approaches drive highest engagement and conversion across homepage, landing pages, and detail pages.
  3. Leverage analytics and customer insights to prioritize features that measurably improve discovery and conversion across all touchpoints.
  4. Collaborate with engineering teams to build intelligent systems that personalize content based on customer search terms, clicked products, shopping context, and entry channel.

Skills

Required

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
