What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for launching Local Payment Methods (LPMs) across Amazon's global marketplace.
  2. Define product vision, set measurable goals, and drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, finance, compliance, and business teams to deliver LPM integrations on time and at scale.
  3. Lead discovery and prioritisation of LPM opportunities by market, partnering with regional stakeholders to assess customer demand, regulatory requirements, and commercial viability.
  4. Author detailed product and technical requirements, manage launch readiness reviews, and establish robust operational standards — including fraud controls, refund workflows, and escalation playbooks — to ensure sustainable, high-quality launches.
  5. Define and track success metrics (including TPV, PSR, and GMS contribution), synthesise customer and partner feedback to continuously improve the LPM experience, and communicate progress and risks clearly to senior leadership.

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
