What you'd actually do

  1. Shape the product strategy, build roadmaps, and own execution for Applicant Security, ensuring alignment to strategic goals
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, lead discovery efforts, scope, test, configure and deliver solutions and features that are impactful to the customer
  3. Define metrics, set objectives, key results (OKRs), and outcomes to measure product success
  4. Use data and customer feedback to perform analyses that inform product decisions, size opportunity, impact, and reach, and drive continuous improvement
  5. Write product requirement documents, and collaborate with tech teams and vendors to set milestones, breakdown steps, and write Jira epics and stories

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of product management experience (or equivalent expertise) in identity, fraud, cybersecurity, risk, trust & safety, or regulated workflows
  • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira), and product discovery/delivery practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders
  • Passion for understanding the customer needs and delivering exceptional user experience, best-in-class products, systems, platforms, and tools
  • Knowledge of APIs, batch, data stream, etc. to design and implement seamless integration with third-party platforms, services, and various applications
  • Ability to adapt to the changing priorities and manage multiple goals simultaneously
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience working with sensitive data and partnering to meet privacy and compliance obligations

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing and/or leading the product development of AI technologies (ML, LLM, Agentic AI, etc.) to enabled detection, drift management, and human-in-the-loop decisioning
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and modern observability/telemetry practices
  • Customer-facing products (B2C) experience, SaaS, vendor, third-party solutions
  • Familiarity with vendor contracting and governance (e.g., SOW/MSA, etc.)
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Ability to stay current with advancements in AI technologies and industry best practices
  • Talent Acquisition/ATS domain experience is a plus
