What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end leadership and cross-functional collaboration for drive of objectives and key results (OKRs) related to Google AI adoption.
  2. Drive and implement cross- application dual-track creative automation experiences of both Google-driven and advertiser-controlled to increase advertiser trust and adoption of VideoGen and other AI-powered tools.
  3. Develop and scale advertiser guidance initiatives both within Google Ads (recommendations, optiscore) and externally (YouTube Ads leaderboard).
