As a Product Manager for the GenAI Creation Experiences team, you’ll lead the development, integration, and launch of integrating new forms of inspiration across the creation journey.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Own, deliver, and execute the roadmap for relevant and personalized inspiration that drive adoption and repeat genAI creation.
- Define the metrics to measure inspiration and adoption performance in production and collaborate with partner teams to come up with a shared understanding of success metrics.
- Partner with CoreX, Marketing, Shorts, and other creation product teams across YouTube to optimize and explore new forms of inspiration to drive adoption and repeat creation.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in consumer product management.
- 1 year of experience taking consumer-facing products from conception to launch.
- 1 year of experience launching generative AI-powered products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 2 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in user facing launches, with the ability to define key product metrics, use data analysis to identify opportunities, and translate insights into a product roadmap.
- Experience with video editing/creation and AI/ML creator tools.
