Lead the deployment of test infrastructure for Google's computing infrastructure manufacturing operations, overseeing test strategy, development schedules, budgets, and execution with engineering teams to ensure timely deployment of products to partner factories.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate and execute board and system-level test development activities. Coordinate dependencies across internal teams and external partners.
  2. Manage capacity, schedule, and risks for manufacturing test development projects and alignment with NPI program schedules.
  3. Lead manufacturing test development teams through planning, development, and deployment of test solutions to support volume manufacturing.
  4. Drive communication with stakeholders for test development status via reviews and dashboards, work with design engineering teams on DFT, and manage dependencies for test development.
  5. Develop technical documentation used for product test strategies, test plans, and test processes.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent practical experience
  • manufacturing test solutions for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA)
  • generating product-specific test plans and executing testing accordingly
  • developing or integrating manufacturing test hardware using custom electronics, fixturing, and instrumentation

Nice to have

  • architecting manufacturing test solutions for CPU/GPU-based products
  • creating manufacturing test strategies that cover from structural through functional and system test
  • Ability to communicate on project requirements and schedules
