We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and AI-savvy intern to join our Product Marketing team as a Product Marketing AI Specialist focused on our Global by Default (GbD) initiative. Global by Default is Amazon's new end-to-end vision that combines a global supply chain network, a fungible inventory pool, and a unified selling experience — enabling sellers to list once, inbound once, sell globally from day one. In this role, you will work at the cutting edge of AI-powered marketing — authoring intelligent agent skills that encode product messaging, value propositions, and seller education content. You will help design and document the pre-launch educational journey that guides sellers from awareness to activation across Amazon's global expansion programs.
Key job responsibilities • Skill Engineering: Author and refine AI agent skills that encode GbD GTM messaging, value propositions, and seller education content, covering key narratives across the seller journey • Pre-launch Educational Path Design: Design and document the unified educational journey for sellers — defining which agent delivers which knowledge at which stage, and creating a reference architecture for the end-to-end path • Content & Messaging Development: Support the creation of product marketing materials including messaging frameworks, seller-facing content, and GTM playbooks • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth seller onboarding experiences • AI-Powered Marketing Innovation: Explore and apply generative AI, prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures to scale product marketing efforts
Basic Qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Mandarin
- Will graduate during Dec 2026 to Aug 2027 and enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or higher degree program
- Major in marketing, communications, business administration, computer science, or equivalent field
- Work 4 to 5 days per week for at least 6 months, physically in Shanghai or Shenzhen
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Strong curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering) to improve productivity or solve problems creatively
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Self-starter with strong learning agility, comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product marketing, content marketing, or go-to-market strategy (internship or project-based)
- Exposure to building AI-powered workflows, agent-based systems, or applications (e.g., using APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, or no-code AI platforms)
- Familiarity with e-commerce, cross-border trade, or SaaS product marketing
- Strong storytelling ability — experience crafting narratives for technical or business audiences
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in ambiguous situations
- Master's degree program enrollment is a plus
