They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own core narrative and messaging, develop sales enablement materials, partner with Product to influence the roadmap, and support expansion into new verticals. The role requires deep expertise in product marketing, first-principles thinking, high agency, and flexibility.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own Clay's core narrative and messaging frameworks that enable revenue teams to effectively position and sell our products
  2. Create training programs and sales assets that help reps have better conversations and close more deals
  3. Partner with Product to influence roadmap and packaging - you'll shape how Clay shows up in market, not just market what exists
  4. Support Clay's expansion into new verticals by developing market-specific GTM strategies, ICP definitions, and entry playbooks

Skills

Required

  • 5-8+ years of professional experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles
  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing at high-growth companies with complex product surface areas
  • Track record as a trusted partner to GTM leaders in building revenue foundations and driving growth initiatives
  • Experience working across sales-led and product-led growth motions

Nice to have

  • previous experience in product, sales, and analytical fields like investment banking and consulting is a plus
