What you'd actually do

  1. Own the marketing strategy and planning for Databricks AI products
  2. Build and land collaterals for key channels across sales, partner, and demand generation, including content campaigns and events
  3. Create an always-on go-to-market plan and pilot new programs with a strong focus on winning AI mindshare, driving pipeline, and product adoption
  4. Build a strong and collaborative partnership with product and engineering teams to launch new products
  5. Increase global reach by working with field marketing, industry, events, and partner organizations to help scale the business globally
  6. Build trust with customers and share their agentic AI customer stories

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of technical product marketing experience in an enterprise software company
  • Experience with AI/ machine learning technologies
  • Strong understanding of AI decision makers and builders (developers, ML engineers), and experience in building relevant content for them
  • Portfolio of impactful marketing content, sales enablement materials and always-on GTM with proven results across the marketing funnel
  • Experience presenting at conferences and customer engagements

Nice to have

  • BS in Computer Science or Engineering, coupled with MBA
