What you'd actually do

  1. Lead market assessment and customer discovery to identify advertiser needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics
  2. Translate insights into clear product requirements, positioning, and go-to-market plans in close partnership with Product and Engineering
  3. Partner with Design, Data Science, and Analytics to define success metrics, measurement strategy, and experimentation plans
  4. Identify product risk areas (e.g., performance, safety, policy, trust) and drive cross-functional plans to mitigate them
  5. Own launch strategy and execution for new and improved advertising products, including messaging, enablement, and rollouts
