What you'd actually do

  1. Define and manage the release activation strategy for non-demo assets — including social, web, Release in a Box, Trailhead, and more — to ensure every release lands with coordinated, high-impact customer engagement.
  2. Own the holistic social content strategy across formats: demo GIFs, carousels, short-form video, and creator/micro-influencer campaigns.
  3. Own and evolve the web experience for [salesforce.com/releases](http://salesforce.com/releases), including marquee videos, FAQs, and ongoing content updates.
  4. Lead performance tracking across all Release Marketing deliverables, translating data into actionable insights that continuously improve strategy and maximize business outcomes.
  5. Leverage AI-powered listening tools to monitor community trends, surface real-time insights, and keep the team responsive to customer needs and market signals.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of proven experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or content strategy — ideally in a B2B enterprise software environment.
  • Deep expertise in social content strategy across formats including short-form video, carousels, and influencer/creator programs.
