Product Marketing Manager

AssemblyAI · AI Frontier · Remote · Product Marketing

AssemblyAI is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support its marketing engine. The role involves owning website updates, enabling sales teams, and refreshing customer proof points. The PMM will also focus on key use cases like voice agents and medical scribes, developing positioning and campaigns. Responsibilities include website management, use case marketing, GTM enablement, customer marketing, and growth collaborations. Requires 2-3 years of B2B product marketing experience, strong writing skills for technical products, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes. Familiarity with AI/LLMs in daily workflow is expected, with bonus points for AI/ML experience or marketing to developers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the first stop for any website question or idea — triaging, routing to the right partners, and owning follow-through
  2. Create new solution, use case, and product pages end-to-end — owning the narrative and copy, partnering with brand and web on build and publish
  3. Serve as an internal expert on our top use cases — voice agents, medical scribes, AI note takers, customer calls — including the buyers, competitors, and market dynamics in each
  4. Develop executive-level positioning and strategic narratives for buyers in those target use cases, and translate them into decks, landing pages, and campaigns
  5. Build and maintain decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and messaging guides
