Product Marketing Manager for Doximity, a healthcare technology company. This role focuses on developing go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and product launches to enhance market presence and adoption of key products. It involves collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing teams to bring campaigns to market and requires strong customer understanding and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop GTM Strategy: Craft go-to-market strategies informed by quantitative and qualitative insights. Define the target audience, positioning, messaging, and channel strategy, rooted in clear objectives and insights.
  2. Voice of the Customer: Strive to be the voice of the customer, asking the right questions and developing solutions that address their needs and pain points. Translate complex technical concepts into bite-sized value statements, producing high-quality customer-facing materials that effectively communicate our value.
  3. End-to-End Product Stewardship: Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle and narrative, driving the market presence of our key products. Work closely with product, growth marketing, and design leads to deliver creative, impactful, and relevant marketing campaigns.
  4. Customer-Focused Communication: Thrive in understanding the customer, unlocking new qualitative and quantitative insights, and articulating product value and roadmap effectively. You have deep empathy for users and can adapt your communication to best reach and engage your audience—from physicians to nurse practitioners to medical students.
  5. Adaptable Collaborator: Work as a flexible member of a small marketing team, leaning into new and different projects, audience segments, and areas as needed. Promote fresh ideas, challenge conventional thinking, and pursue new strategies while advocating for change initiatives.
