What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and execute all Seasonal Event campaigns. Working with internal stakeholders to identify key business opportunities, trends, and selection to excite and delight customers.
  2. Ideate and test with new platforms and campaigns. Use critical understanding of historical data, effectiveness, creatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  3. Responsible for updating on-site content and driving onsite traffic drivers
  4. Responsible for working with partner teams for offsite traffic drivers.
  5. Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on the state of initiatives and goals assigned.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
