Product Marketing Manager for Amazon credit cards, leading content optimization (A/B testing) on a proprietary ML advertising platform. Responsibilities include owning a roadmap, building tests, scaling learnings, and improving customer conversion across the acquisition funnel. This role involves partnering with marketers, data scientists, designers, and product managers, with a focus on regulatory and compliance requirements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop annual testing plan, sharing experiment and execution roadmap.
  2. Lead initiatives end to end, working with cross functional teams – legal, finance, product, design, data science, and bank partners – to optimize, execute and deliver campaigns.
  3. Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate customers and effectively build acquisition campaigns for our credit products.
  4. Partner with internal design team to innovate on acquisition marketing campaigns.
  5. Analyze the performance of campaigns, and share results with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
  • Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
  • Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously

  • Experience working with financial services partners
