Product Marketing Manager for Amazon US Hispanic Marketing, focusing on making Amazon.com the best place for Spanish language customers to shop online. This role involves designing and managing inclusive marketing initiatives, strategic project ownership, and providing visibility to senior leadership. The PMM will work cross-functionally with various teams and external agencies to develop and execute marketing plans, content strategies, and campaigns, with a focus on multicultural and young adult consumers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Author integrated marketing & mass communications plans designed to primarily reach Hispanic/ Latino/a/x, and multicultural young adult (18-24) consumers
  2. Shape and effect campaign & creative briefs (single-channel & cross-channel)
  3. Develop and execute content and amplification strategies for our cultural content hub(s)
  4. Oversee the translation and transcreation of Spanish-language creative across campaigns
  5. Execute channel plans

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • Experience with paid media and owned and operated channels (i.e. email, onsite, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
  • Experience managing large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics
  • Experience in partnership and product marketing
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.
