  2. Serve as the PMM lead for strategic accounts, ensuring their needs are represented and met.
  3. Capture and synthesize customer feedback.
  4. Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering and Sales to influence roadmap decisions and feature prioritization.
  5. Partner with sales teams to build and scale workshop content and frameworks that influence both technical and business audiences.

  • 5+ years of product marketing or related GTM experience in technology or enterprise SaaS
  • Strong technical competence
  • A background collaborating directly with customers
  • Proven ability to lead customer engagements and translate feedback into actionable insights
  • A track record of navigating cross-functional dynamics in matrixed orgs and bringing people along a shared path
  • Analytical approach with ability to define success metrics and measure impact
