Product Marketing Manager to craft narrative and positioning for Luma's multimodal AI products, architect and implement go-to-market playbook for enterprise and studio partnerships, lead brand and agency partnerships, drive product launches, and define marketing systems. Role requires senior-level experience in Product Marketing with a proven track record of high-impact GTM results, a founder's mentality, extreme ownership, strategic and hands-on execution, and exceptional communication skills. Experience in PLG startups or generative AI companies is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Craft the core narrative and positioning for Luma's multimodal AI products, translating deep technical capabilities into compelling, user-centric value propositions.
  2. Architect and implement the foundational go-to-market playbook to launch and scale Luma's enterprise and studio partnerships globally.
  3. Lead the development and execution of strategic brand and agency partnerships to drive adoption and define new use cases for our frontier technology.
  4. Drive product launches from conception to post-launch analysis, owning the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution.
  5. Collaborate closely with our world-class Research and Product Engineering teams to deeply understand our foundational models and user-facing products.
