Product Marketing Manager, Core Product

Notion Notion · Enterprise · San Francisco, CA · Marketing

Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness and adoption of new Notion features and capabilities, acting as a strategic partner to Product and collaborating with Marketing and GTM teams. The role focuses on messaging, launch execution, and building adoption programs for Notion's AI-powered workspace.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead launches big and small, coordinating efforts across our Marketing and GTM org to land a successful launch day.
  2. Drive continued awareness, growth, and adoption of high-PMF features well after launch day — launch is the start of the story, not the end of it.
  3. Serve as a strategic partner to Product, informing strategy during product development, competitive positioning, and user insights.
  4. Collaborate with Enterprise PMMs and Sales to build sales enablement materials that turn product capability into stories reps can use in the field.
  5. Maintain and improve our release comms channels — including notion.com/releases and What's New emails — partnering with Demand Gen and Lifecycle on sequences, webinars, and more.

Skills

Required

  • Distinctive point of view and creativity to build narratives that stand out in a crowded, noisy market.
  • Experience running product launches and adoption programs, ideally at a fast-moving product or technology company.
  • Strong cross-functional skills — comfortable coordinating Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing toward one outcome.
  • Sharp writing and storytelling instincts — you know the difference between a headline that's technically accurate and one that actually lands.

Nice to have

  • You're already a Notion user, fluent in the product and plugged into the community.
  • You look beyond just AI & tech companies for creative inspiration
  • You're a pro at building and using agents — inside Notion and beyond.
  • PMM experience at a larger company — though we care more about your instincts and ownership than your resume's logos.
