Product Marketing Manager for Asana's strategic technology integrations and ecosystem partnerships, with a focus on AI-powered integrations. This role involves owning the end-to-end product marketing strategy, including messaging, positioning, launches, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy, requiring deep collaboration with Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own full-stack product marketing for strategic partnerships and integrations, including AI integrations, from messaging and positioning to launches and ongoing GTM strategy.
  2. Lead integrated go-to-market plans in close partnership with Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Demand Gen to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue impact.
  3. Enable Sales and Customer Success with compelling narratives, pitch decks, and training that support co-sell motions and strategic deals.
  4. Partner deeply with Product to align roadmap, customer insights, and market opportunities, ensuring strong product-market fit and launch readiness.
  5. Leverage market, customer, and performance insights to refine positioning, optimize launches, and identify new ecosystem growth opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • 8–12 years of experience in product marketing, partnership marketing, or a related GTM role within a B2B tech environment
  • Proven experience owning full-stack PMM responsibilities: messaging & positioning, launches, GTM strategy, and sales enablement
  • Experience marketing technology integrations, platform ecosystems, or AI-powered products
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience partnering closely with Product teams
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value narratives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for a range of audiences, from executives to field teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple launches concurrently
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and customer insights to inform strategy

  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
