Product Marketing Manager responsible for owning the release marketing process for an AI video platform. This role involves building repeatable launch processes, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring GTM teams have the necessary information and assets. What you'd actually do

  1. Centralize and piece together the product roadmap — maintaining it in collaboration with Product teams, ensuring it reflects the latest source of truth for what's coming.
  2. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to establish a clear release readiness process, including standardized release notes, tiering criteria, and handoff checkpoints before any feature goes to GA.
  3. Ensure GTM teams — Sales, Revenue Enablement, Customer Success — always have what they need to communicate confidently: talk tracks, product capability guides, one-pagers, and creative assets.
  4. Audit and map the end-to-end release marketing workflow — from changelog to customer communication — and identify where tooling, templates, or process changes can reduce friction and accelerate time-to-market.
  5. Build scalable systems that grow with our shipping velocity: standardized messaging frameworks, asset libraries, launch trackers, and cross-functional handoff processes.

Required

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, release marketing, or GTM program management at a B2B SaaS company
  • systems thinker and tinkerer
  • hands-on with modern tools (Notion, Slack, Linear, AI tools)
