What you'd actually do

  1. Develop social-first creative concepts and assets that are visually consistent, culturally relevant, and aligned with Social Marketing’s brand guidelines.
  2. Monitor social and cultural trends, surfacing opportunities for the marketing team to engage customers through timely, high-relevance content.
  3. Partner with creator teams to support creator-led advertising programs, helping translate creator content into scalable social campaigns that align with customer needs and business goals.
  4. Manage the end-to-end creative workflow for assigned projects, from brief development through final delivery, ensuring assets are delivered on time, on spec, and within brand standards.
  5. Work closely with Merchandising, Creator Programs, Product Marketing, and Marketing teams to align creative output with campaign goals and customer needs.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience in social content creation

Nice to have

  • Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
  • Experience managing creative workflows using project management tools
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising
  • Knowledge of creator economy trends and influencer marketing best practices
