Product Marketing Manager for LangSmith Observability and Evaluation products. This role will own go-to-market strategy, messaging, and sales enablement for technical buyers in the AI/ML space, focusing on observability and evaluation of AI agents. The role requires experience marketing developer tools or AI/ML infrastructure and the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead product launches.
  2. Own positioning, messaging, and the agent narrative for LangSmith Observability and Evaluation.
  3. Build sales enablement that helps close enterprise deals.
  4. Own competitive positioning across established and emerging AI-native observability tools.
  5. Partner on pricing and packaging as products evolve, bringing market and customer observations into decisions.

Skills

Required

  • 5-8+ years product marketing experience
  • Owned positioning and messaging for a technical product or platform end-to-end
  • Marketed developer tools, AI/ML infrastructure, or observability/monitoring platforms
  • Comfortable in a room with senior engineers and VP+ leaders
  • Ability to follow technical conversations about tracing, evaluation workflows, or agent architectures
  • Clear writing skills
  • Genuine curiosity about how agents are shaping the future of software
  • Experience using AI tools in own work
  • Ability to tell customer stories

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the LLM/agent developer ecosystem
  • Used or marketed tracing platforms, eval frameworks, or similar AI infrastructure
  • Experience with both product-led and sales-led GTM motions
  • Experience partnering with sales on enterprise deals
  • Exposure to the open-source developer community
