Product Operations and Strategy Manager

Abridge Abridge · Vertical AI · San Francisco, CA · Builder

Abridge is seeking a Product Operations and Strategy Manager to help scale their product organization. This role involves both execution (improving processes, managing cross-functional workstreams) and strategy (identifying new opportunities, analyzing market shifts). A key focus will be on shaping and measuring AI adoption within engineering and product teams, and building a shared context layer for AI tooling. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, has a bias for action, and is comfortable with ambiguity, with a strong personal affinity for AI tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify product development processes that no longer scale and ship better ones in days.
  2. Get PMs and builders in front of customers, and close the loop between field signal and roadmap decisions.
  3. Design systems that surface key product knowledge and roadmap visibility throughout the org, so we continue to stay in sync as we scale.
  4. Ramp on the thorniest strategic questions product leadership needs answered, drive them to clear recommendations, and implement end-to-end.
  5. Shape and measure the program that holds engineering and product teams accountable for real AI adoption. Treat every new AI tool as a chance to compound builder velocity.
