This role is for a Product Operations Lead at Glean, an AI-powered knowledge management platform. The role focuses on operationalizing the product development lifecycle, supporting planning, roadmapping, launch, and cross-functional collaboration. What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate and facilitate product (R&D) goal setting (OKRs), planning sessions, and business rhythms to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives.
  2. Support the Head of Product Operations in monitoring and reporting progress on key results to drive alignment and accountability across the product organization.
  3. Assist with technical program management on cross-functional initiatives involving R&D, Marketing, and GTM, such as release notes, beta programs, and customer feature request processes.
  4. Implement and optimize scalable processes to support Glean’s growth
  5. Develop and maintain tools (e.g., agents, templates, integrations) to automate workflows and reduce administrative burden on product managers and speed information sharing and impact.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated experience in program or project management within Enterprise B2B SaaS environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Solid understanding of product development lifecycles (PDLC)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Proven ability to work closely with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies
  • Familiarity with AI technologies
  • Hands-on ability to configure and automate workflows in tools like Jira
  • Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Jira automation, or similar)

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools)
  • Experience with A/B testing, user feedback analysis, and NPS (Net Promoter Score) methodologies
  • Ability to synthesize competitive landscape and market research
