This role supports customer migration processes within Visa, focusing on defining timelines, managing migrations, and solving operational issues. It involves close collaboration with Product Operational teams, Engineering, and customers to improve products and features. The role also includes developing support materials, documenting processes, and gathering/analyzing product data to inform stakeholders and feature development. The ideal candidate has a strong payments background, SQL, database, Jira, AI and measurement tools knowledge, and a mix of product and technology skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support customer migration process, define timeline, and management of all migrations process
  2. Support Product Operational team and squads to solve operational issues
  3. Work closely with the Engineering Team to identify operations issues and bring them to the squads to improve the products and features
  4. Be the key person to support the efficiency between engineering, product, and customers
  5. Development support materials and documentation about the product business and processes that involve the operation process
