What you'd actually do

  1. Own and scale marketing intake and workflow; convert strategies into activation-ready campaigns using data, design, and AI-assisted recommendations.
  2. Help reinvent how marketing strategies become customer-facing campaigns by shaping automated, repeatable capabilities that elevate speed, consistency, and impact across Card.
  3. As a Product Owner, define the vision and translate marketer needs into simple, activation-ready requirements that power scalable campaigns.
  4. Partner across technology, marketing, design, data, and controls to build catalog-aware intake patterns, embed governance, and enable AI-assisted recommendations with minimal manual effort.
  5. Lead roadmaps, remove obstacles, and drive outcomes in a highly matrixed environment—creating structure amid ambiguity and delivering consistent customer experiences at scale.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in marketing technology, data integration, or program management.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling; able to influence across a matrixed organization.
  • Analytical mindset that challenges the status quo and creates structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a team-first orientation, humility, and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with agile practices and tools (Confluence, Jira, Figma, Lucid, Microsoft Teams).
  • Deep understanding of the marketing campaign lifecycle and performance measurement.
  • Ability to turn data insights into opportunities and translate them into clear requirements.
  • End-to-end program delivery across complex, cross-functional initiatives; adept at managing dependencies, risks, and timelines.
  • Skill in building governance, controls, and transparency; comfortable at the intersection of technology, marketing, design, data, and controls.
