Product Partnerships Lead, Life Sciences & Healthcare

Anthropic Anthropic · AI Frontier · AI Research & Engineering

Product Partnerships Lead for Life Sciences & Healthcare at Anthropic. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships within the life sciences and healthcare ecosystem, requiring deep domain expertise, scientific literacy, and understanding of regulated industries. The lead will act as the internal expert on the sector, identify high-impact organizations, structure collaborations, and enable integrations where relevant. It is not a sales role but requires credibility through substance and technical understanding of AI/ML applications in biomedical problems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Research, source, structure, and close strategic collaborations across the life sciences and healthcare ecosystem — working closely with internal teams to shape what we pursue and why.
  2. Serve as Anthropic's internal voice on life sciences and healthcare — helping research, product, and leadership understand the landscape, evaluate opportunities, and make good calls.
  3. Map the sector and sequence the highest-impact organizations to engage. Build a pipeline with a clear point of view on where to focus and where to say no.
  4. Drive partnerships through R&D, IT, legal, compliance, and procurement — with a realistic view of how these deals actually get done in regulated industries.
  5. Where partnerships include product or platform integrations, work with partner engineering teams and hold the quality bar.
