Product Partnerships, Mai Health

Microsoft Microsoft · Big Tech · New York, NY +1 · Business Development

This role is for a Product Partnerships lead within Microsoft AI's health team, focusing on developing and managing partnerships to power their Copilot Health product and related capabilities. The role involves defining partnership strategies, relationship development, negotiation, and hands-on delivery, collaborating closely with the product team. It requires a deep understanding of the US healthcare market and strong business development skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partnership Development – establish and cultivate relationships with leaders of internal teams, attend, support and run executive-level meetings with internal and external partners. Develop and own individual partner relationships from first contact through to in-market execution. This will involve regular travel within the US, and occasional travel overseas.
  2. Product Strategy - collaborate with product and clinical leaders to determine and prioritize future product feature sets, the partners required to empower those, and the evaluation process to identify and validate partners.
  3. Project Delivery – work closely with executive leaders to support and validate new developments, thorough deep desk research, financial and data analysis and synthesis. Production of presentation materials to a highly polished level with only high level direction and oversight. Leadership of individual projects from inception through to final delivery.
  4. Market Insight – maintain an understanding of customers, competitors, partners, business models, market sizing, and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities and threats to inform ongoing strategy.
  5. Full Stack – by design we will remain a lean team (albeit within a much larger org), and as such you will need to be highly self-sufficient, and span from high level strategy through to ground-level execution on a wide range of tasks. This also means you will play a major role in promoting a positive team culture.
