Job Description
As a Product and Privacy Counsel, you'll play a key role in maintaining Wix's legal compliance and navigating the complex legal landscape surrounding cutting-edge technology. You’ll work closely with product teams and provide legal guidance on a variety of commercial and compliance issues, with a strong focus on privacy and product compliance. You’ll also help address emerging legal challenges related to artificial intelligence, including AI-generated content and automated decision-making.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Be part of the Privacy and Product Compliance team
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities
- Take ownership of projects, driving them from start to finish
- Provide ongoing legal counseling and guidance on a wide range of commercial issues and to product teams
- Draft licenses, terms of use, contracts, and other legal documents
- Address cutting-edge legal issues at the intersection of technology and law
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools, and occasionally contribute to building them, to enhance efficiency

Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as an in-house counsel for internet companies or in a prominent law firm
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations, licensing, and internet law (CIPP accreditation – an advantage)
- Knowledge in compliance and understanding of international law
- Experience drafting commercial and consulting agreements
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (such as generative AI platforms, legal research AI, and contract review tools)
- Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience building AI agents or automation tools (e.g., LLM-based workflows or agentic systems) – an advantage
