Product Review Engineer (associate or Mid-level)

This role provides on-site engineering support for aircraft maintenance, focusing on diagnosing and resolving issues, reviewing defects, establishing root cause, and providing disposition instructions. It requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science field and experience with engineering drawings, PDM, Model Based Engineering tools, CATIA, and ENOVIA.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide on-site engineering support at the aircraft maintenance location. This includes, but not limited to the development of technical solutions, development of engineering data, and acting as a principle point of contact for internal and external customers
  2. Provide steadfast technical support around diagnosing and resolving issues encountered in the aircraft maintenance operations, on time with high quality
  3. Review defect and damage conditions; establish root cause and provide acceptable disposition instructions that are innovative, thorough and practical
  4. Participate in status meetings and technical reviews, support monthly metrics development and submittals
  5. Drive efficiency in operations by steadfast collaboration with design, manufacturing, and stress counterparts. Support trade studies, design improvements, and optimization efforts

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 1+ years of Engineering experience
  • Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • Experience with Product Data Manager (PDM)
  • Experience with Model Based Engineering tools
  • Experience with Computer Aided Three-Dimensional Interactive Application (CATIA)
  • Experience with ENOVIA
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance
