Support and service engineering for MineStar Terrain technologies, focusing on issue identification, resolution, and customer advocacy. This role acts as a liaison between customers, dealers, and product development teams to ensure technical product issues are resolved.

What you'd actually do

  1. Mining Technology (MineStar) hardware and software issue identification and resolution for dealers and customers.
  2. Implementation and utilization of standard support processes to respond, restore, and resolve issues.
  3. Advocate on behalf of the dealer and customer to resolve technical product issues with product development engineering.
  4. Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
  5. Report issues within the CPI (product defect) process to assure proper resolution to ongoing issues.
