Role Definition Supports new products or changes to existing products.
Responsibilities
- Gathering input to identify potential new products or improvements to existing products.
- Evaluating production processes to identify defects in manufacturing and design. Provide input to designs modifications to maximize production efficiency and product quality.
- Identifying and tracking quality defects, ensuring resolution in manufacturing.
- Communicating technical specifications and instructions to ensure product quality and performance. Tracking and managing the status of product issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit sample size: 30% of total recommendations published (Core & Growth) – monthly target
- Identify best practices, areas of improvement, and common mistakes; share insights with the team on a monthly basis
- Identify missed opportunities through random audits and notify leaders & trainer (monthly)
- Drive quality initiatives and improvements, including AI exploration
- Share audit results with CMA on time and notify leaders
- Report quality metrics monthly
- Ensure overall quality scores meet or exceed defined targets
